Pivot Table modification

Hi,

 I have a pivot table like below columns like below

 My requirement is don't want to see 3 categories ( like Involuntary , Other , Voluntary ) inside Headcount . Other 2 columns has to show all 3 categories.. But in Headcount , just one column has to show .. may be called Total..

Is it possible ?
