Pivot Table with Custom Row Total Label

I have a pivot table in Qlik Sense with three row dimensions and two column dimensions. I would like the 2nd row totals label to display 'Total ' & RowDimension1 Value (see attached sample file).

Basically I want it to look like this. Is this even possible?

Another way of looking at it is to change to the Indent Row view

In the properties panel under Appearance, Presentation

Unfortunately, the customer really wants the layout in my example. I would like to explore a direct solution before considering workarounds.
