Pivot table row height

I am experiencing a situation where pivot tables consistently look different for a professional user vs an analyzer.  I understand that qlik is responsive and will change the table to fit the screen, but I'm using the same monitor and web browser.  Personally, the difference doesn't bother me, but I'm hearing some noise from our users that they want the tables more compressed.   It does make it harder to develop when I expect someone using the same size monitor to not have to scroll when they end up having to. Is there anything I can do?  Thanks

So it has to do with the "Touch screen mode" being enabled.  I knew about this feature, but never expected that was the problem.  Glad I figured it out though.

Hello @gthuiz which version of Qlik Sense are you using? Which browser are you using? And also, does it also happens in other browsers? Thanks!

We are using Qlik Sense Enterprise and have it updated to the Feb 2021 release.  I have tested it using Google Chrome and Firefox and get the same issue where the analyzer pivot tables have bigger row heights
