I'm looking to place some fields within a menu or in some kind of popup. The idea is to have a button/text with "Show/Hide filters" which would show an area above the other objects with fields for ie Year, Month, Week etc.
The ratonale is that I do not want to show all these fields at the top left corner for two reasons:
They take a lot of space and I want to show tables, KPIs or other objects instead
When using the app on mobile I need to move them away from top-left as they would otherwise render at the top which would require the user to scroll past a lot of filter fields to see graphs, KPIs etc.
Can fields be placed in some kind of popup or menu by using some extension or trick?
