Problem with Microsoft SQL connection

I've a problem with connection to a existing Microsoft SQL Server.

It looks likes the rights I've are enough and the credentials are also right. The error I got:  

Status(StatusCode="Unknown", Detail="Exception was thrown by handler.")

Can you please share more context?

Where are you experiencing it? How? What have you tried?

If this is Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows, could you please share logs from %ProgramData%\Qlik\Sense\Log\Connectors\?
