Published App Not Reflecting Changes for Certain Users

I have made updates to an app in QlikSense Cloud, published it and viewed the changes in the published app. Another user who was using the old version while the changes went live, is not able to see the new version at all. He has refreshed his browser, cleared cache and even used a different browser to access the app.

This has happened on two separate occassions. What could be causing this?

Hi !

About Qlik

Try to not develop in the same sheet that is online in production ( if you are using shared spaces and other uses access the same app)

The best practices is to have two copies ( development and production ) to avoid theses erros.

About Infrastructre

Browser cache sometimes causes this behavior. But, if your company uses caching in servers ( Like Squid / Linux) or Cloudfare services, the cache somentimes delayed to deliver the objects for others.

Check if the company has this services and call your infrastructure department to check it.

Bye!
