QLIKSENSE desktop issue

I ve got  this issue , i cannot see my folders... it s a desktopVersion

on an other PC it 's ok

Happy to help - check the Add / Remove programs on both machines and see what the framework versions are, that might help. It definitely is environmental. Let me know if you would like use to continue investigating. Thanks for the follow up!
