Hello, we've noticed that the QVD file cannot be read that's why the task cannot proceed and it keeps on failing. There is one particular QVD file that cannot be opened. Hence, everytime we try to open the file, a prompt pops up saying 'Read Error' and another pop up saying 'Access Violation...'. Also, we noticed that the said file is 0 byte in size. In an attempt to resolve such issues, we tried this:
Replaced the corrupted file with the backup qvd file way back year 2018.
After trying this, the task went successful. But on the next day, the task took almost 24 hrs running until it aborted. And for some reason the 'Download script logs' button is enabled' so we cannot download the logs to see which part did the abort occur. Additionally, we tried to check the qvd file and it's now 20.1 GB in size but still we cannot open it for there is another error that pop ups.
