Qlik Data Product and DataFiles (Endpoint request is forbidden)

Hello everyone,

I created a Qlik Data Product in a data space consisting of .qvd files contained in another data space.
I own both spaces.
I created an application on a shared space that I own, starting from the Qlik Data Product visible in the Catalog.
Then I entered Data Manager to define the associations between the .qvd files.
When I press “Load data” this error occurs: Connection not found: shared_space_name:DataFiles (Endpoint request is forbidden).
The connection is used to load .qvd files with geographic information used by Qlik in the construction of some default mappings.
I closed the application, reopened it, entered the Editor, and pressed “Load data.” This time, the loading was successful.
What is the cause of the error and how can it be resolved?

Thanks in advance

Ciao @stefano_marson : so... do I get it right? It works in the Data Load Editor, it doesn't work in the Data Manager?

Ciao Daniele,

The case presented is just one example. In other tests, it also works as Data Manager after closing and reopening the application. In other cases, the error continues to occur even after reopening.

Thanks

Ciao @stefano_marson ,

this is definitely an inconsistency that I would like us to investigate in a support case.

Please collect as much information as possible (appid, timestamp, username, har file), including the information of the spaces collected via

https://tenant.region.qlikcloud.com/api/v1/spaces/SPACEID and https://tenant.region.qlikcloud.com/api/v1/spaces/SPACEID/assignments and then reach out to us via the support chat, mentioning this discussion.

Thanks!
