Qlik Not responding

Hi,

I am facing issues while accessing the qliksense through virtual proxies. I can access the qmc/hub easily and it does not hang while accessing through the server but whenever I use the hub/qmc through the proxy in the browser, after few minutes if left unclicked, the app goes into a non-responsive state without showing any form of error like connection lost. The app remains in a hang state and does not respond to any clicks or save any data.

Also, its not just restrictive to front end it goes same for back end as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @deepanshuSh

Since QMC\HUB works fine within server there won't be any issue with Qlik sense. I suggest to check the external proxy logs what you are using for errors and troubleshoot and to start with check if all the ports required by Qlik is allowed.

Hi, Thanku for the response, I am unable to find the ports being used by qlik even after using the telnet and netstat config on the CMD, is there any other way to find out the  ports accessiblity?
