Qlik OneDrive Connector

Hello
I'm using the Qlik OneDrive Connector to download a file located in a Drive
I'm able to authenticate, and get the details of the file I want, however when I want to download it I'm getting the below message:
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
Kindly advise on what I need to do

Have you entered this location in the Allow file system access for specified paths. Check this link below
