Hi there,
I just figure out that when I am trying to open Qlik Sense Desktop v 3.0 without network or internet access I received the attached error. Is that a prerequisite for Qlik Sense Desktop version 3.0 to have internet access?
Regards,
Helen
Hi Helen,
I have just tested it and opens fine even without internet access.
Not sure what's causing the issue on your machine.
Thanks,
Uday
Hi Uday,
Unfortunately, I have already test it in three different machines and the behavior is strange, two off them gives the attached error and one is just freeze at the first page with no app image in the hub....
Please advice,
Helen
That's odd because I even checked with my colleagues and it works fine.
And no one on the community mentioned this error since the launch last week.
I think if you open it outside your company's network or on your personal machine you might find the solution.
This way at least you can say it's not causing by the office security thing.
Thanks,
Eleni, if you are working with windows 10....
Sense 3.0 is working with W10........
But there is a issue yet. The username on your computer may not have spaces !!
Example : "MariBaseggio" and not "Mari Baseggio".
Take care about this. I had to create a new user and install Sense again. So it worked.

Hello there,
Did you've tried to redownload a new setup installer of Qlik Sense recently? If not, please try uninstalling from the Control Panel and then install the new setup installer. Maybe this will solve your problem.

MB
Hi Guys,
Thank you all for your response.
No we are not working with Windows 10. And although I uninstall and reinstall it the error still appears.
When you are talking about "office security thing", is there something more specific that we could check?

Eleni
