Hi @yunus_emre , thanks for your post.
The message “Unknown Connection Type” indicates that Qlik Sense is unable to recognize the data connection type.

This typically happens when the connector used by the connection is missing, not installed correctly, or was migrated from another environment where the connector existed.

I recommend checking the following article on data connections and connector installation:
https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-Sense-ODBC-Connectors-are-no-longer-ava...

A few things worth verifying:
- Whether the required connector (REST, ODBC, Qlik Web Connectors, SAP, etc.) is installed on the server
- If you are in a multi‑node setup, confirm the connector is installed on all nodes
- That the service account has access to the connector installation directory
- Whether the connection was imported from another environment where different connectors were available

If this solved your issue, please consider marking this post as Solution Accepted.

Hope that helps! Thanks!

Hi @ArpadWeitz,

thank for your answer. This problem happens sometimes; does not happen sometimes. My main problem is it. If files corrupted, I think that this issue happens every try.

When I try on node1 or node2 directly, it's same. Sometimes happens but sometimes does not happen.

So i cannot understand why.

Hi @yunus_emre ,

Are you working on an multi-node environment?
What kind of connections is causing the problem?
It is possible that the corruption is only in one node, this would explain why it happens randomly.
