Qlik Sense Enterprise Blank Page if Edit a Master Visualization with selections

Hi all,

when i do selections on sheet and Qlik to "Edit properties" on chart,  the blank page appears on the screen.

Then, I need to reload page,of browser, but when it load all filter are cleared.

 - enter in edit mode with selected filte

 - blank page

 - no filters

has anyone encountered this error?
