Qlik Sense Extensions Not Working After Update

Hey Everyone,

So after updating to November 2019 version of Qlik Sense, one of our extensions isn't working properly. I was hoping that there is some way to identify which areas of the code need to be altered on the back end to make the extensions work properly again. This isn't a question specific to one extension, its really asking for all extensions as a whole because this has happened to one of my coworkers a couple of times and I would like to be able to help her if the problem arises again.

Thank you for your time!

Generally the first place to start examining a failing extension is the Developer Tools Console.  Launch devtools and then look at the Console tab for error messages.

To launch devtools, in the app press Ctrl-Shift and then right-click and select either "Inspect" or "show devtools".
