Qlik Sense Multi-Node - Get Ticket İssue

Hi experts,

We have multi-node Qlik Sense system.

I have an issue. I'm getting a ticket with API and then I'm using this ticket for login to Qlik Sense. Sometimes I can login with this method successfully. But sometimes, while login to qliksense with this ticket, I'm getting 302 (Authenticate at this location). I suppose that I'm getting ticket from node1 but login request is going to node2. Is that possible? what do you think about that?

thanks a lot

Hi @yunus_emre

It will depend heavily on your Qlik infrastructure and/or whether you have an external load balancer.

Since you said it sometimes works and somethimes not, I think you should look at your virtual proxy configuration.
you can start by to making all node available to all virtual proxies in "Load Balancing Nodes" section.

Also check if you are coming back to same virtual proxy you are requesting the ticket to.
let say you are requesting to
https://my-qlik-cluster/SAML
you should go back with the ticket tohttps://my-qlik-cluster/SAML and not https://my-qlik-cluster

Hope this helps.
best,
