Qlik Sense Multifield Section access

Hi Up to now I worked section access on two fields(Reduction Fields) Region and Country(Old Applications). Now  I come across a new scenario, I want to give section access at Global level(All Countries), Country level, Senior Manger Level, Manager Level, Rep Level. Any one help me how to write section access in this case. Possible share model script for section access.
