I have run into an issue at a client, where Master Items (Dimensions, Measures, Visualizations) are not available to other users when the application is published. The user who owns the published application is able to see the master items, but those others users (who have the same permissions) are unable to see them and visualizations that use those measures are indicating 'Missing Measure'. Is this something anyone else has run into, or something that is addressed in the most recent service release?
