Qlik Sense Section Access

I am using enterprise version Sept 2018  and I have an app with Section Access. The weird issue is that I am not in section access So If I click on the App it says access denied, but If I right click  on the App and select "Open App with No Data" I am able to open the app and even able to go to the script. How can we prevent this because that kills the purpose of Adding section access to the App. I know in Qlikview if you are not in section access you cant open the app at all

If you want to prevent people from being able to see the script then that needs to be a security rule.

If you don't want people to be able to open the app you need to add a security rule in tandem with the section access.
