Hi all, thanks for your replies,
I have found the issue and it was the Task session Time out, it was set to 60minutes and my app was reloading for over 60minutes that is why it was aborting,

Solution: i have increased the Task session time out to 120 minutes and it resolved the issue

Any other tasks running at the same time? Perhaps the engine was too busy with other things.

It was triggered at 8:24AM and was terminated at 9:24.  I had a similar issue, whereby my task got triggered, but because other tasks were running, it never got to take the stage so QS just timed it out.

Here is where I worked myself through a similar issue.

Did your machine run out of ram?
