Qlik Sense colouring with many values for a dimension

Hi,

Our problem is that we have a dimension with more than 5,000 values and user only sees 5-10 values at a time. If we don't define persistent colours, we may encounter 2 problems:

• Colours are not homogeneous between different charts (with same dimension) and between data reloads
• Colours overlap sometimes because there are not 5,000 visually different colours.

We have tried to define persistent colours for that dimension but we are facing with a 100 limit:

Another way of solving it is defining colour by expression. We model a table with dimensionValue - Colour and then set the colour by expression. The problem is that then legend disappears:

Does anyone have any possible solution?
