Qlik Sense double header

Hi guys,

I want to ask, after I use the valuelist, why does part A and part B appear under part C? I hope that only the fields of part A will be displayed under part C, and only the fields of part B will appear in part D.

PS:NO.1 is first header valuelist code,   NO.2 is second header valuelist code,   NO.3 is value code
