Qlik sense Backup

Hello everybody

we are now facing an issue with qlik sense database backup.

Regarding the Qlik Sense QRS Backup: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/How-To-Take-Backup-And-Restore-Qlik-Sense-Enterprise-on-Wind... , when we follow the steps as per the below screenshot, getting an error that the database QRS is not found. how we can now the username and password for the database. 

and how we can fix QRS database message

Hi @Nadiyah , are you able to connect to the database using PGAdmin? Are you able to see the database when connected?

If you don't know the password, you will need to reset it.

Hi @Nadiyah : verify that the Qlik Sense Repository Database service is running on the machine. What kind of error are you getting when connecting with PGAdmin?
