QlikSense Converting A table entries in quote and comma separated in script

I have a table loaded into my qlik app

XMas:

Dept

100,

101,

102,

103

etc

I want the output in below format,

'101','102','103'...etc

I am using chr(39) function, but it's giving me double quotes.. Can anyone please help
