You cannot access Qlik Sense because you have no access pass.

Our Client is one of the major Banks in our country. They are using qlik sense for the past couple of years, for all these years without any issue they could able to login and see their Apps & visualization.
Recently they added some extra analyzers user, after doing this licensing they are getting an error "You cannot access Qlik Sense because you have no access pass" when trying to open any apps on their Qliksense.
Since it is a bank they have a rigid security policy and they are saying that "Port 443 for license.qlikcloud.com" cannot able to open permanently. So in this case kindly suggest me a solution.
