QlikSense Server to QlikSense SaaS : How to migrate applications from the first to the other ? And what may be lost or impossible ?

Hello !

We prepare to migrate from QlikSense Server to QlikSense SaaS. We have 5 applications to migrate based on PostgrSQL, Oracle and Xlsx files. 

Is there somewhere a tutorial or a manual explaining how to do that migration and does anyone encounter limitations or something with that kind of migration ?
