QlikSense load and use images from database

Does anyone know how to load and render images from some database in Qlik Sense?

I tried to follow steps from the brochure "Qlik Sense Loading Images from Databases", but didn't get any result (Map Object doesn't render anything).

if not could you try it? If this was the document you followed could you indicate if you are getting any error ? Could you share a sample app?
