Qlikview Converter Gateway timeout

each time I try to convert a QVW to Qliksense 

it does not work and this message appears

PS I tried to reduce the app to no data but still the message appears.

Hello @yami677 

Please follow below steps:

1- Reduce the data on QVW file as much as possible. Even better: drop all data. (File > Reduce Data > Remove all values)

2- Save the file in a new path with a new name.

3- Remove any macro on the module

4- Close your QlikView Local Client and make sure it is not running in the background.

If issue persists, please follow:

• Could you please kill the node.exe that corresponds to converterservice, make sure that it does respawn, then try the conversion again.
• Kill the node.exe that corresponds to converterservice and it will be respawned, then conversion will work.

(Note: Make sure you add Command Line and only kill node.exe that corresponds to converterservice)
