Qlkview App freezing when trying to edit cyclic group properties

Good Day,

Can someone assist in resolving error when trying to edit cyclic group properties. Application doesn't even display properties window and it just freezes.

Please assist?

Quite likely is this properties-window opened but you don't see it and it is somewhere on the outside of your screen - unintentionally moved there or by using multiple monitors which number/order/resolution may have changed.

If the problem is as @marcus_sommer suggests, you can correct by: 

1. Press Alt-spacebar on your keyboard. The Windows "window" menu will appear. 

2. Using the arrow key + enter, or left-mouse click, select "Move" from the window menu. 

3. Use the arrow keys to move the window left or right until it appears on the screen.  Press enter to finish the move.

Thanks for the feedback @rwunderlich @marcus_sommer . Nothing is happening and whole Qlik App is frozen.
