Range in a measure

Hi,

I am trying to put percentage range filter/Slider in my graph on measure percentage change. My graph shows the percentage in different category. I am trying to put a filter which shows only those category which falls under 0-10%, 10-20% and so on.  

Kindly guide me to do the same.
