Reference Qlik sense dashboard for Real estate industry analytics.

HI All,

I am looking for some reference dashboard on Real estate sector analytics.

I am working for a Bank in Real estate finance section, and I am creating analytical dashboard for the region based on the data we have.

Looking for similar dashboard to take idea and design.

Thanks in advance.

You might not find many ready-made Qlik dashboards publicly shared for real estate finance, but a good approach is to break it into key modules and design from there. For a banking context, focus on metrics like loan exposure by region, property type distribution, LTV ratios, delinquency trends, and portfolio risk heatmaps. It also helps to include interactive filters for geography, developer, and project stage so users can drill down easily. If you explore Qlik’s demo apps or community showcase threads, you can adapt layouts from finance or sales dashboards and tailor them to real estate-specific KPIs rather than starting from scratch.

I’m also looking for something similar for real estate dashboards. It’s sometimes hard to find good reference examples, but checking demos and sample dashboards from different tools can really help with layout and KPI ideas. Usually things like property value trends, regional performance, and sales metrics are a good starting point.
