Rest connector error with connection on load script

Good afternoon, I installed the qlik sense May 2023 version and when doing tests with the rest connector I got the following error.

"WITH CONNECTION" is not allowed. To allow "WITH CONNECTION", select Allow "WITH CONNECTION" in the connector settings.

I looked in the help and there it says that there is a property in the connection that we have to activate.

"Select Allow "WITH CONNECTION" to use the “WITH CONNECTION” keyword in load statements. If your load statement includes “WITH CONNECTION” and this option is not selected, an error will occur."

But I can't find this setting when creating or changing the connection!!!

Can anyone help.

We are currently investigating this issue.

Below is the current work around, Can you please try it and let us know if it works?

Steps:

1. Delete this file: (take a backup in case)
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Qlik\Custom Data\QvRestConnector\qsdfw_qsefw_qlikview.qliksourceconfig

2. Uninstall Patch 3.

3. Install Patch 3 again

Have the exact same issue.

Following the steps (including a mandatory reboot between remove an reinstall Patch 3) results in broken REST connector libraries stating that QvRestConnector.exe is an Unknown connection type

Ultimately removed Patch 3 and restored the file qsdfw_qsefw_qlikview.qliksourceconfig

Issue resolved, you need to reinstall Patch 2 

WITH CONNECTION is a setting that already exists in SaaS 

SaaS is currently REST Connector version 2.201.0

QSEW May2023 with patch2, connector is version 2.183.0 (Patch 3 = 2.195.0)

The latest version for download is 2.183.0 (used for QlikView environments)
