Rolling 12 Months in filter

I have a requirement like

I have select From May 2018 to APR 2019, Using 2 Drop downs

I'm Doing this with System Date.

Is it always a 12 month windows?
If so create a month year filter and use set analysis.
Along with the answer please Share a sample of you data model and i can try an be specific
