Scatter Plot - Quadrant chart Labeling

Hi All ,

I have created a quadrant chart using scatter plot option in Qlik sense and now I want to give label to all the 4 quadrants as per the business definition ,something like attached in below screenshot (Monitor closely / Watch Out / Sustain/ Grow ). Can anyone please guide me on this ? tried everything but didn't find anything .
