If I am authenticated as SSO user, the Export sheet to PDF fails with a generic error message below. The functionality works if I am logged in directly as windows users. Anyone knows a workaround for this issue?
The problem occours when the prefix in the Virtual Proxy contains capital letters.
In that case the qlik print service fail.
Changing the prefix solve the issue.
I hope it helps!

Hello,
Have you solved this issue?
Best regards,
Julia
No, still an issue.
The print feature needs port 4899 to be open and unused. Is it possible the SSO user either doesn't have access to that port or your method of connection is blocking it?
Hi, any news?
I am facing the same problem, and I can't find a solution....
Thanks
Simone
We needed to open up the port in order for the export to work. Did you do that?

Thank you Chris, but we found there is a problem when using a Virtual Proxy that contains a prefix, to authenticate.
Unfortunately my problem is different than the one reported here.
Thanks for help

Yes, we had the same issue as well. The prefix in the SSO Virtual Proxy needs to be all lower case in order for Export PDF to work. Thanks Simone!
Hi All,
The same error here. It's all ok with my proxy, but the error persists.
Any ideas?
Thanks
