Set slider bar to actual date/week

Dear all

I have in Qlik Sense the following graph with a slider bar (Woche) on the bottom. The slider bar reflects the week number and is also used for drill down. How can I preset this bar to show the actual week +/- 3 weeks (without using a modifier for the data to be selected)?

So, currently the window in the slider bar should show week 31 - week34
