I have a sheet that uses two alternate states (Range 1 and Range 2) for date range comparisons across two charts. I am trying to apply different defaults to each date range upon the sheet opening (mtd vs ytd).
I have been using the 'sheet actions: select values in a field' for other defaults, but the field selection box does not allow input other than embedded data fields (therefore I cannot preface with the alternate state {[Range X]}).
The workaround I am currently using is a 'sheet actions: apply bookmark' with the current date selections (see attached), but this requires an updated bookmark every month, due to the inability to use variables or expressions in a bookmark. (ex: [Range 1]: {InvoiceFiscalMonth = vCurrentFiscalMonth} )
Is there any way to apply a default selection to an alternate state with a dynamic value?
