Show image from URL

Hi,

I need to show user images in my Qlik Sense apps.

The images are made available by our software/web server and are accessible as URLs.

If possible I would like to avoid third-party extensions and use the tools and charts available in the standard Qlik Sense edition.

We are using the on-premise version, but we are considering migrating to Qlik Cloud SaaS.

Thanks

Hi,

there are several ways of presenting images.

Depending on your visualisation requirements you can use:

  • table object (it has images support like the sample below)
  • or map object - if you wish to show only 1 image at the time

Hello @Fabiano_Martino_Intelco ,

First Load the Image URLs into Qlik Sense then Qlik Sense provides several ways to visualize data, including images referenced by URLs. Configure the Web Page object to refresh as needed and to fit the layout of your app. If you're planning to migrate to Qlik Cloud SaaS, ensure that the Web Page object functionality and data connectivity meet your requirements in the cloud environment.

Hi @brandon698sherrick ,

loading the image URLs should be relatively easy. They need to follow a specific format, but I have the algorithm.

I looked for the Web Page object but couldn't find it. Can you give me more information?

Is it a standard object or is it in the bundles?

Thanks
