Sorting 2 measure problem

I have a bar chart with to measure. Is there a way to sort by 2024,but show 2023 bar before the 2024?

I heard Chart Script could maybe help, but I don't really understand it yet.

Can you just reverse the sort order in the chart sort properties?

Yes but then the top 8 company changes which isn't what I wanted. I want to sort by 2024 company ,but show the chart 2023 bar before 2024.
