Tags in app not updated when app is republished

Sometimes I need to add or update tags in an app. When I republish the app, the new / updated tags are NOT included. So the users do not see the changes made to the tags of the app, and thus cannot use tags to find the app.

A case scenario: I publish an app that has no tags. This was a mistake. I add tags to the original app, and republish it. But no tags are shown on the app in the space where the app is published to.

This MUST be a malfunction of Qlik Sense SaaS?
