The memory limit server was reached, out of object memory

When I was trying to load the data in qlik I got this type of error,
'The memory limit server was reached' and
'Out of object memory' 
How to handle this error?

Fix the object. There's probably something wrong with it. This most often happens when you combine measures and dimensions that are not linked correctly or create unreasonably complex measures.
