The user is missing Create access

We work with an evaluation form which uses a Vizlib writeback table.
Recently we're receiving the following message on it:

The user is missing Create access on the App (with ID: dc76da48-a63a-4f32-8d29-1c9e2791beac) or create apps is disabled on server node. (needed to be able to create a session app)

I am admin and should have all rights, but I too cannot add new data.

Any idea where I can fix this?

@branke Check for security rule in QMC. You need to enable the create option for that rule.

At one point it had disappeared, but since a recent update from QS, we are experiencing the same problem again.

This issue occurs when QVD/CSV/TXT as destination in your Vizlib writeback tables settings. You can select Vizlib Server as writeback destination and it should work because in the backend sa_repository user will handle the session creation  and end users don't need to have create session app access.
