Transformation of Axis line chart

Hi,

my data looks like 

let say for example : y-axis -25 then i have applied y-axis -25 and same for x-axis also that point value then Transformation is ok. like the same multiple products available. so any logic can we implement for this Transformation of Axis.

like they are providing y-axis value based on that we have to transform the data. they are not giving X-axis value. based on y-axis value only we have to transform.
