Treemap - Hide 3rd dimension until 2nd is selected

Hi all, I'm wondering if it's possible to hide a dimension in a treemap until the one above it is selected.  For example, say I have this hierarchy:

Department -> Job -> Employee

If no departments are selected I only want to see departments and jobs in the treemap.  If a job is selected, I only want to see that job and its employees.

Is this possible?
