Turn OFF Table Aggregation

I have a table that shows:

USA, 1,000,000

CHINA, 500,000

I'd like it to turn off aggregation in the table so that it shows:

USA, 250,000

USA, 250,000

USA, 500,000

CHINA, 300,000

CHINA, 200,000

This seems like it should be easy, but the solution escapes me.  THANKS
