Unable to log in desktop

Dear experts

 

We are getting below error message on Qliksense desktop, the logged in user has license allocated already and able to login on hub and qmc successfully but not in desktop

Note: This error is in desktop only not in hub/qmc console.

1) Yes we are running the same version.

2) Have you configured in QMC license sharing and full/proffesional license? Given videos url is not helping me out to confirm this

Hi @Tool_Tip 

what do you mean video link is not helping you? It has all the steps you would need to do   so the question i asked is if you have done all those steps…

then there is also requirement that person would need professional license assigned in QMC. So you just go to qmc -> license -> professional and check if persons name is there…

Dear Lech,

We have already completed the steps outlined in the video, and of course, we’ve also assigned the license, which is why we were able to access both the Hub and QMC as mentioned earlier.

According to us the mentioned videos are beginners to set up desktop it does not seems troubleshooting steps.
