Unresponsive Behavior in App When Accessing Specific Sheet

I need assistance with an issue I am experiencing in the Qlik app.

I can successfully open an app; however, when I attempt to access a particular sheet, the application becomes unresponsive. I am unable to scroll or edit the sheet after few seconds, and it appears to be stuck.
 
Then I get the following screen:

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and any guidance or solutions you can provide to resolve the issue.

Hi @yh2023,

Since you're using Qlik Cloud, suggest that you utilize the App Analyzer app to determine memory footprint, if synthetic keys are present, etc. Refer to the Qlik Support article The App Analyzer for Qlik Cloud Customers

If you are using the Qlik Sense Business Edition of Qlik Cloud, note that there is a 1.25GB size limit when the app is loaded.

Hi Everyone,

I appreciate all the responses. The problem lies with the Qlik Server, and I've submitted a ticket. The team has told me that they will be incorporating extra logs into the server.
