User is able to open the dashboard but after going to a particular point in the dashboard user is facing the below issue. When I am opening the dashboard I am not facing any issue.

this looks more like a browser issue than a Qlik one.
Suggest they do the following:
1. Clear browser cookies and cache
2. Try the same thing in a private browser window to rule out any extensions causing the issue
3. If the two above don't help, reset Edge (Go to "Settings" > "Reset settings" and select "Restore settings to their default values." )

User has tried all those things already, even updated edge and chrome to the latest version.
But Still, User is facing the same issue.

The only other thing I can think of is to turn off hardware acceleration if it's turned on.
Edge -> three dots -> Settings -> System and Performance.
Turn off 'Use graphics acceleration when available'
Same is in Chrome in Settings -> System. (Use graphics acceleration when available)
Restart the browser and try again.
