User synchronization in active directory is fail status

Hi everybody .
My problem is this.

I have a qlik server. I was create a new active directory in the user directory connectors like show here.

and at the moment when i create this, qlik show me the next error.

user directory connectors show me the list like this.

 and the task appears like this

The problem is that when I add new users to the active directory, it does not show me the new users added.
