I'm looking to add some context to some KPIs based on trend and wondered if anyone had used SPC methodology for this and thoughts on this on how to do it technically and if users understood it? Examples being 7 points up/down, 7 points above/below mean average or outside control limits. Do you use anything else e.g. rolling average?
